林鴻池：會計法修法意旨包括教授

會計法修法爆出烏龍，因通過條文漏了一個「教」字，教授恐不在除罪化範圍。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池今天說，會計法修法的立法意旨很清楚，是包含大專院校教職員，且條文忠也寫到「其他相關人員」，可解釋為包括大專院校教職員，若可涵蓋，就沒有修法補救的問題。
