企業搶才 5大工程師薪資需求雙漲

亞洲最大的台北國際電腦展明天登場！人資業者表示，在雲端、行動通訊、大數據的概念趨勢下，演算法開發工程師、軟體設計工程師、Internet程式設計師、通訊軟體工程師、以及電腦系統分析師，近五年來的職缺成長一點一到二點八倍，年薪也有二至三成的空間，企業求才殷切，比半導體工程師易切入。

104資訊科技集團行銷處協理陳力孑表示，根據104資訊科技目前最新統計，六大科技業工作機會數將近十一萬個，比去年同期增加百分之六點一。反映雲端智慧、行動通訊、面板觸控的趨勢，六大科技業當中，人才需求最多的是電腦及消費性電子、以及軟體網路相關，各需二點三人；人才需求成長最強是電信通訊、年增百分之十八點一，電子零組件、也有百分之十五點六的增幅，光電及光學、年增百分之七點九。
