高公局真的會罰嗎?? 讓我們拭目以待

剛剛某篇新聞文中提到

高公局發言人吳木富表示，高公局去年因ＥＴＣ年均利用率未達六十五％標準，回溯至去年四月十五日開罰，共開罰二．二億元。

今年六月卅日，年均使用率如未達七十％標準，高公局仍會開罰，且會回溯至前年四月十五日開罰。以目前ＥＴＣ年均利用率剛突破六十五％來看，本月底能否達門檻，遠通還有得拚。

反正民眾也看不到合約到底長怎樣，每次都有這種門檻多少沒過就會開罰的文章，然後每次都沒事
還沒裝的可以再撐一下，裝了的可以走收費或回數票，大家來撐一個月，看看會發生什麼事.......XD
