劉香慈女神變大嬸　搬飢童開砲

劉香慈以《新兵日記》性感士官長爆紅，火辣的身材去年還拍了寫真集，當時體重約48公斤，半年後身材大走樣，爆肥8公斤，拍《廉政英雄》時被酸女神變大嬸，出席活動場合時，發胖的身材常成為焦點，5月31日她帶著怒氣在臉書上發文寫道：「以後相關的問題，不會再回應了。」

根據《中國時報》報導，劉香慈變胖後，丟了電影片約，還招來毒舌，被人取笑：「這麼胖的女鬼怎麼飛？」最終疑受不了嘲諷，忍不住在臉書上開砲：「當我們在計較胖瘦的時候，知道每天平均有2萬5000人死於飢餓和貧窮嗎？其中大部分是5歲以下兒童，請停止對不是事實的事件穿鑿附會，台灣還有很多人需要我們的關懷。」

報導指出，為了瘦身，劉香慈吃素配水果餐，但疑似代謝出了問題，就是瘦不下來，最近又因為趕拍戲，沒時間看醫生，經紀公司昨回應，「她努力瘦身，現在減肥遇瓶頸，所以成果有限，公司不忍苛責她，不給她太大壓力。」
