請問3V電池接變壓器被電,電壓是多小?

家裡有個變壓器,
參數:紅線AC230V輸入,藍線AC12V輸出,功率55W.
我用2顆1.5V電池放進電池盒輸出3V接在變壓器藍線,用單手摸二條紅線.
把電池盒一開一關,關的一刻摸紅線的手指被電到像被棍打了一下!!
請問這電壓大約是多小??請問如果分別用雙手去摸電池會否通過心臟??
產生危險??

還有請問加些甚麼電子零件才可令小型光管發亮?當小夜燈用..
