為了4個番薯由偷變搶

宜蘭縣63歲的黃姓男子，昨晚到員山鄉1處菜攤，涉嫌偷取價值40元的4個番薯，林姓菜販阻止時，黃涉嫌拿起枴杖毆打，警方調查後，今天依準強盜、傷害、偷竊罪嫌，將黃移送宜蘭地檢署偵辦。
