北京時間5月20日晚間消息，仿製藥商Actavis Inc(ACT)周一宣佈，已簽署協議以價值85億美元的股票收購專業藥物生商Warner Chilcott。

新浪財經訊 北京時間5月20日晚間消息，仿製藥商Actavis Inc(ACT)周一宣佈，已簽署協議以價值85億美元的股票收購專業藥物生商Warner Chilcott。

此前，有關Actavis將被收購的傳言很盛。不久前Actavis已拒加拿大製藥公司Valeant以及Mylan Inc的洽購要求。一些分析師已指出，如果Actavis收購Warner Chilcott，這一行動同時將消除Actavis自身被收購的可能性。

Warner Chilcott的股東每股將獲得合併后公司0.16股股票。據Actavis股票上周五的收盤價125.50美元計算，這一交易對Warner Chilcott股票的估價約為20.08美元。

依據Warner Chilcott股票5月9日，即兩家公司透露在進行合併談判前一天的收盤價15.01美元計算，Actavis上述購價的溢價比為34%。但是，此后Warner Chilcott的股票開始大幅攀升，上周五收於19.19美元，20.08美元購價的相對溢價比已不到5%。

周一盤前交易中，Actavis發布確定收購Warner Chilcott的消息后，前者的股票上漲約2%，至128美元；Warner Chilcott攀升約2.6%，至19.70美元。(立悟/編譯)
