環境也會影響皮膚狀況嗎？

我本身有痘疤和毛孔粗大的問題，也有在治療，我住南部,最近北上工作...突然注意到我的毛孔竟然比在南部的時候更明顯...整整大了ㄧ倍...整體膚質看上去也明顯比在南部時糟糕...我嚇了一跳...請問這是正常嗎? 
我啥都沒做，只是北上工作而已...不知道是不是我的錯覺...臉上看過去就是跟在南部的時候不同
