請問有人去看過金龍街裡的夏木漱石建案了嗎??

大家好
最近看了一個建案感覺還不錯
想跟大家討論一下

金龍街裡的夏木漱石
似乎還沒正式開始廣告
看建築規劃似乎還不錯
裡面那一排可以有很好的視野
就建在植物園旁邊
空氣應該會不錯(旁邊就是自然)

請問這個建案蓋在斜坡旁邊
有沒有安全上的疑慮??
(建商當然是說沒有問題)
如果有了解當地地質狀況的大大
歡迎pm給我意見參考
