偷回老公送小三的腳踏車　婦判拘20天

【劉昌松／台北報導】新北市陳姓婦人前年和老公一起到小三住處，得知小三家裡的1輛腳踏車是老公送的之後，因心有不甘，決定把腳踏車搬走，小三回家後發現遭竊，調閱社區監視器抓賊，高院今依竊盜罪判陳秀敏拘役20天，得易科罰金2萬元定讞。

陳女辯稱，她在2011年4月間和連姓丈夫一起到吳姓小三樹林住處，因丈夫說要和小三分手，想拿走之前花錢買給小三的東西，所以幫丈夫取回腳踏車，但連男證稱他只是懷疑小三另有男人，所以想拿走筆記型電腦察看內容，腳踏車是妻子堅持偷走。法院認定陳女偷竊，連男則因侵入住宅、竊盜等罪，另案被判刑6月定讞。
