未禮讓行人致車禍　代價163萬元

【劉志原╱台北報導】李姓男子去年1月7日凌晨，開小貨車經過新北市新店區，未注意路況，追撞前方走在斑馬線上的林男，林男被撞倒後，兩側內腸股動脈出血、骨盆粉碎性骨折、尿道斷裂膀胱失能喪失性功能，林男送醫後，救回一命，台北地院今天判林男可獲賠163萬餘元；仍可上訴。

林男(60歲)指出，他原本開計程車為生，但車禍後，尿道斷裂膀胱失能，需接受膀胱造廔管置放手術，受傷後勞動能力嚴重減損，已無法正常工作，他求償608萬餘元，台北地院審理後，認為林男勞動能力減少4成6，判他可獲賠163萬餘元；仍可上訴。
