微軟、甲骨文宣布結盟，攜手開發雲端商機

微軟、甲骨文兩大軟體巨擘24日宣布結盟，將攜手合作進一步拓展雲端市場。受此消息利多激勵，微軟股價於當日收盤時逆勢上揚1.35%至33.72美元，而甲骨文亦小漲0.12%至30.17美元。

過去數十年來，微軟、甲骨文一直處於競爭關係、互看對方不順眼，不過眼看著後起之秀逐漸崛起、低價蠶食市場，這兩大軟體巨頭也不得不作出回應，暫時拋開成見，組成策略聯盟打擊次要敵人。

按照協議，客戶將可在微軟的Hyper-V伺服器與Windows Azure雲端服務台上使用甲骨文軟體。與此同時，微軟將在Windows Azure平台上提供甲骨文的軟體服務，當中包含Java、甲骨文資料庫與Oracle WebLogic Server等。
