很煩,到底要不要換房

我是已經有個小房子 四個人住實在有點擠

我可以負擔的房子在2000萬以內 所以只要不是豪宅一般的房子都還在預算內

但困擾我的是 好的點好的建商好的座向的房子 很快就沒了

可是我沒辦法確定我兒子女兒將來念什麼學校

現在買又怕之後通勤很久

對於念什麼學校 當然是名校最好啦--但也不一定考得上

若考上了 有可能為了房子不讀名校嗎 很難

所以我一直傷腦筋到底要不要買房

請各位指引一下迷津吧 畢竟當局者迷
