ECB監督 應首重大型銀行

（中央社台北2013年6月10日電）歐洲中央銀行（ECB）管理委員會成員諾沃特尼（Ewald Nowotny）表示，ECB針對歐洲銀行展開監督之初，應考慮只著重在主要銀行，並逐步擴大範圍。

諾沃特尼今天在維也納1場演講中指出：「承擔如此重大的歐洲銀行監督責任需要慎重的準備，品質的重要性至少等於速度。」

「聽從我們部分德國同僚建議，由較少數歐洲大型銀行開始著手，以允許交叉監督，這可能是合理的作法。」

ECB明年將負責監督歐元區與其他歐洲國家的銀行，做為邁向銀行聯盟的第1步。諾沃特尼說，ECB將看管約130家銀行，合計總資產超過25兆歐元。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
