出口澱粉產品 須附檢驗合格證明

財政部關務署宣布，即日起至八月三十一日止，凡經行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局公布違規使用未經核准順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉製造食品的廠商，其報運出口之澱粉類產品包括黑輪、肉圓、粄條、粉圓、芋圓、地瓜圓、粉粿、豆花、地瓜粉、化製澱粉、樹薯粉等，須檢附官方認證實驗室之檢驗合格證明，貨物始准放行出口。

關務署表示，鑒於問題澱粉產品案的爆發，嚴重影響我國外銷食品國際聲譽，該署與經濟部國貿局、行政院衛生署食品藥物管理局研訂防範措施，並已責令各關區對於出口有可能添加順丁烯二酸酐之澱粉製品加強查驗，嚴格把關。

違規廠商出口前述產品時，應先取得經官方認證實驗室之檢驗合格證明後再報關出口，以免影響貨物通關。

若經查獲出口貨物有虛報貨名逃避查核或查驗情事者，將依海關緝私條例及其他相關法規論處。
