習近平會歐巴馬　「駭客」話題將成關鍵

伴隨樂團演奏，大陸第一夫人彭麗媛，拿起鼓棒，小試身手，為大陸國家主席習近平出訪加勒比海，增添話題，但對於此行，大陸媒體最關注的，還是習近平預計7日要飛往加州，跟美國總統歐巴馬，舉行非正式會談，其中，網路安全，是美方最想跟他談的問題之一。

美國國防部長海格：「這不像過去，當你受到海軍越洋攻擊，你知道那是誰的軍隊；現在(網路攻擊)的情形不一樣，當你要判斷誰在背後攻擊，有很高的誤判風險。」

美國國防部長，1日是在素有亞洲安全會議的香格里拉會談中，毫不諱言，美國遭到來自大陸政府及軍方的網路駭客攻擊，日前華盛頓郵報更報導，大陸網軍侵入美國至少20多項先進軍事裝備，竊取包括愛國者飛彈、F35戰機，以及神盾防禦系統等重要機密；美方希望透過首腦對話，促使大陸改變作法，建立防止竊盜訊息的規範。
