經濟日報》全球競爭力 台灣退到11名 依瑞士洛桑管理學院（IMD）今（30）日發布的年度全球競爭力報告，台灣排名落至第11名，較去年退步四名。經建會主委管中閔表示，我國競爭力實況沒這麼差，但他強調，在人才外流與金融法規鬆綁上，政府應積極處理。 工商時報》Taiwan競爭力倒退嚕 瑞士洛桑管理學院（IMD）公布2013年世界競爭力年報，台灣排名由去年第7滑落至第11，為近4年新低。經建會主委管中閔表示，雖然整體排名滑落，但細項評比裡互有消長，政府將持續進行法規鬆綁，以提升台灣的競爭力。
