豪雨到南迴嚴陣以待

中央氣象局發布超大豪雨，台東今天雖還未有明顯雨勢，但遠處山區不時傳出轟隆、轟隆的雷聲作響，為避免傳出災情，南迴4鄉鎮嚴陣以待，開口契約先行生效。台東氣象站呼籲民眾千萬不要掉以輕心，尤其山區居民要隨時注意土石流發生，至於，未來是否會發生焚風現象，還需看風向而定。
