老師植牙被磨牙　求償896萬敗訴

【劉志原╱台北報導】林姓補習班老師2010年至台北市一家牙醫診所，花25萬元更換1顆假牙及植3顆牙，他指出，牙醫師表示要修磨他其他的牙齒來調整咬合，造成他原本完好的牙齒嚴重磨損及嘴巴歪斜 ，他事後才知，植牙時不應修磨其他牙齒來調整咬合，求償896萬元，台北地院認為牙醫並無疏失，判林男敗訴；仍可上訴。
 
法官認為，牙醫植牙時修磨病患其他牙齒來調整咬合，符合醫療常規，林男也無法證明自己嘴巴歪斜，且依醫審會鑑定，也認為牙醫沒有疏失，判牙醫免賠。
