行政院長江宜樺今(27)日在行政院會提醒各部會首長，七月是機關預算進入最後編列及刪減階段，各部會首長應好好檢視未來一年的預算，不是所有過去做的事情都要中央給錢，新增的政策要另外增加預算，這樣再多的預算都不夠。

他說，預算一定要切實反映政府施政理念，並在了解財政困難、經費有限的限制下，列出輕重緩急及施政重點，對預算進行重新分配。
   
江揆也希望各部會首長針對未來一年想要落實的抱負或想法好好思考，他強調，不是所有過去做的事情都要中央給錢，新增的政策要另外增加預算，這樣再多的預算都不夠。

江揆也說，他將針對部分重要施政預算與相關首長面談，希望在8月上旬將明年預算準備妥當。
