小弟之前有三年半的marketing經歷 後來決定轉PM 目前也做了將近快一年的時候 前陣子有一個機會 幸運的拿到offer 不過薪水比我預期的低 IBM一直以來都是我很嚮往的公司 不過薪水比我現在的多一些而已 而又以職位來考量 PM我認為以後比較有發展性 當然也想聽聽大家的意見 現在很猶豫不曉得該以公司名氣做考量還是職位以及薪水 不知道你們覺得待在原公司還是ibm發展性比較好呢? 原公司 IBM 產業 系統廠 Server部門 職務 PM QE 年薪 ~900K ~1KK 只保13個月 工時 AM 9:00~PM 20:00 很彈性 也可以work from home 福利 雖然eps 5以上 無 不過越來越差 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.177.44.244
