花蓮高分院法警長 酒駕送辦

嚴懲酒駕新制才上路，花蓮高分院法警長黃冠文就知法犯法，十四日晚間他因酒駕遭警方查獲，隔日警方依公共危險罪移送花蓮地檢署偵辦。檢察官偵訊後無保飭回。

黃冠文十四日晚間與友人喝完酒後，騎乘機車返家。約十一時行經花蓮市中美路、民族路口時，被設攔檢點等待的花蓮縣警局交通隊員警查獲，呼氣酒測值高達○.四七毫克。雖未肇事，但已涉公共危險罪，在交通隊留置一夜後，十五日上午九時移送花檢偵辦。

花蓮地檢署主任檢察官許建榮昨日表示，黃冠文在偵訊時坦承喝酒，並痛哭祈求原諒。檢察官考量他深具悔意，且未釀成事故，所犯為二年以下有期徒刑輕罪，加上他身為法警長無逃亡之虞，無保飭回。

花蓮高分院書記官長彭振文指出，黃冠文未向高分院長官回報酒駕遭移送一事，因此院內無人知道，近日黃仍按平時作息上下班。直到昨日媒體向他求證時，他詢問當事人才知道此事。

彭振文說，針對黃冠文酒駕事件，花蓮高分院十九日上午將召開考績會議，再決定懲處事宜。
