車禍肇事責任

不好意思 我想請問律師 如果我是肇事者 對方無照駕駛又三貼超載 駕駛又逃離事故現場 而其中有一名傷患是車主小孩 (因車是他偷牽出來的沒和家長說 而造成其中一名乘客傷勢較為嚴重) 事發地點在十字路口

這樣我該負多少責任 ? 謝謝你了 麻煩你
