國壽不動產投資違法遭金管會罰90萬

金管會今天表示，近日對國泰人壽作出處分，金管會於不動產業務專案檢查時，發現該公司有違反保險法相關法令規定之情事，依保險法予以糾正及核處罰鍰90萬元。

金管會表示，在查國壽辦理不動產業務，有董事會出席董事對與本人有利害關係者的案件未予迴避者，核與保險法第146條之7第3項授權訂定的「保險業與利害關係人從事放款以外之其他交易管理辦法」第4條第2項規定不符。

另外，在2008年間取得之不動產，未經取得合法的不動產鑑價機構評價，核與保險法第146條之2第2項規定不符。金管會表示，以上缺失應依保險法規定核處罰鍰90萬元，並予以糾正。
