壹電視上頻 顯示媒體壟斷防制法重要性

年代董事長練台生收購壹電視將於6月1日交易，目前中嘉、TBC及台灣數位光訊等系統業者已經送交頻道表變更申請，經國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）有線電視委員會通過。

NCC主委石世豪表示，頻道變更涉及有線電視營運計畫變更，後續將交由分組委員會跟委員會議做最後確認。

至於市場擔憂壹電視交易後即可上架，凸顯頻道公平上下架的公平性問題，石世豪表示，頻道公平上下架凸顯前審查的媒體防治法草案的重要性，目前行政院版本的廣播電視壟斷防制，與多元維護法草案是所有版本中，唯一針對頻道代理商在市場上的影響力做明確規範，協助草擬民進黨版本的學者專家也稱這是行政院版最傑出的地方。
