多倫多市議會收回權力　惹禍市長將有名無實

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】因吸食毒品與種種不當言行飽受抨擊的加拿大多倫多市長福德（Rob Ford），將遭多倫多市議會收回他的權力，屆時福德恐僅有名無實。
 
儘管無法將福德免職，但市議會中一項收回福德權力的提案已獲得多數市議員的同意，18日將進行提案表決。福德因市長身份得以避免刑事定罪，而福德也已宣示明年將尋求連任。
