【方翊倩／綜合報導】公路總局規定國道客運業者應依法令規定行駛路線與上下客，下客站就算無人下車，仍須駛下交流道停靠。民眾批政府管太多。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，統聯客運總經理白德存說，每條長程路線通常經過4個交流道，常碰到下客站沒有乘客要下車但仍須停靠，不塞車時繞下去交流道再上國道約10至20分鐘，尖峰時段塞車繞下去一趟恐花掉30至40分鐘，為此客服常接到乘客抱怨電話。

民眾抱怨「感覺像是傻子客運，開車的司機和坐車的乘客都是傻子。」逢甲大學運輸科技與管理學系副教授李克聰批評，法令規定太僵化、浪費時間又不能節能減碳。
