永豐金證券經紀業務市占率穩坐第四把交椅，正式超越群益金鼎證券，進逼市占率第三的富邦證券。永豐金證券總經理葉黃杞昨（4）日指出，在台灣將會繼續尋求併購同業機會，而登陸策略則將鎖定兩岸雙掛牌、陸企來台掛T股商機。

永豐金昨天舉行第3季法說會，甫升任永豐金證券總經理未久的葉黃杞首次出席。他表示，目前台股量縮，法人單比重逼近四成，大型券商必須仰賴優質研究報告等服務品質，爭取法人單，永豐金證券具有優勢，因而推升市占率排名上升，並期望坐四望三。

葉黃杞並表示，永豐金證券申設永豐金財務諮詢（上海）公司，已獲得經濟部投審會核准，並向對岸遞件，最快今年底開業，將鎖定引進陸企來台掛牌T股商機。

另外，永豐創投參與對岸「廈門兩岸股權交易中心」發起設立，預定投資人民幣1,000萬元。
