（中央社台北4日電） 根據彭博社報導，中國大陸中信證券總裁程博明表示，大陸領導高層本週稍後集會後，可能解除國內新股上市禁令。

程博明表示，中國共產黨9日起展開的三中全會，國家主席習近平等領導人將出席，討論經濟改革。中信證券是中國大陸市值最大券商。

程博明接受訪問時表示，「隨著政策會議在11月12日落幕，我們仍有理由相信首次公開募股（IPO）可能在今年底前解禁。」程博明是在出席紐約中國大陸金融協會年度研討會時，作上述表示。

北京政府在2012年10月基於股市震盪，及市場投資人對新上市公司財報疑慮等因素，宣布暫停國內IPO，

根據安永聯合會計師事務所（Ernst & Young）6月預估，中國證券監督管理委員會已審核83家公司IPO申請，目前正在等待最後批准過關，總計將募資558億元人民幣（91.5億美元）。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）1021104
