【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本福島縣外海昨（26日）凌晨發生地震規模7.1強震，日本氣象廳認為這是2011年311強震的一次餘震，屬於海溝外緣型的地震。《產經新聞》稱，30年內還有可能發生規模8的海底強震。

日本氣象廳表示，這種海溝外緣型的地震因為距離陸地較遠，一般人感受到的搖晃程度不大，但卻容易引發大型海嘯。氣象廳稱，昨天的地震是311震災後，首次發生規模7以上的海溝外緣型強震。

《產經新聞》報導，日本政府的地震調查委員會曾經表示，30年內日本外海有4%到7%的機率發生規模8的海溝外緣型強震。氣象廳的地震預報人員也認為無法排除這種可能性。
