DRAM產業中華亞科(3474)業績出現轉機，整體產業類股均繳出亮麗成績單，尤其DRAM缺貨報價飆漲態勢已吹向Flash，廠商在預期價格可持續走揚下，已出現惜售心態，更加重報價飆漲態勢，記憶體整體產業可望於第四季再報佳音。
