【綜合報導】斗南鎮一家大賣場附近，最近懸掛多面寫有「鬼屋」的房仲賣屋看板，內容有臨近大賣場、機能佳，售價ㄧ百八十八萬元等，引起附近居民議論，「是那一棟房子在鬧鬼？」

張貼「鬼屋」看板的房仲員廖小姐表示，這間房子位於斗南後火車站、舊社里的老舊社區內，屋齡三十年，是三十坪三層樓透天厝。十幾年前，屋主出租給一對母子，兒子在房內自殺身亡，空了好幾年，才由現任屋主從法拍購得。廖小姐說，身為房仲業者，既知道該屋有人非自然死亡，就有義務告知買方，直接在售屋看板寫出售「鬼屋」，可節省一一詢問解說的時間。雲林縣不動產仲介經紀商業同業公會理事長張有希表示，「鬼屋」是行銷手法，但有廣告不實之嫌，如果民眾買了該棟鬼屋，卻看不到「鬼」住在裡面，要求房仲或原屋主，將「鬼」請出來，豈不是自找麻煩。
