國民黨發生九月政爭，民進黨主席蘇貞昌批評馬總統「毀憲亂政」，逾越總統憲法分際。他今天在民進黨「8年執政研討會」閉幕式上宣布，將在國會發動總統彈劾案，「讓憲政危機透過憲法法庭得到解決，用憲法上的藥，治憲政的亂」。

蘇貞昌指出，一旦彈劾案在立法院通過，大法官將召開憲法法庭，馬總統侵犯憲政的行為將受憲法法庭檢視；若憲法法庭通過彈劾案，馬總統必須立刻解職，下台負責。
