股神巴菲特對QE的態度值得參考：「聯準會提供的流動性支撐股價，一旦退場，所有投資人將重新評估他們手上股票配置。」「儘管到這一步，也還不是世界末日，市場還是會存活下來。」

因此，市場資金豐沛，QE與利率等變數都是心理面因素，真實狀況是，就算QE開始減少放水（tapering），利率仍是歷史最低，仍可能啟動另一波新資金行情。

操作策略

電子股最大特色是投資人粉絲多，投資策略多元，只要公司不作假帳，股價下跌反應基本面衝擊（Price-in），股價整理後有機會出現波段上漲，8月部分電子利空頓化，與傳產股技術面陸續高檔破季線轉弱對比。

電子股周線守穩上升趨勢線，待QE不確定因素底定後，電子股可望出現波段攻勢，其中IC設計與節能股可留意布局機會。

每一波電子波段行情，基本上IC設計股都有發揮空間，聯發科擴大產品組合策略，而手機低價化趨勢對聯發科長線利多。
