標準普爾（S&P）發布台灣主權評等報告指出，政府負債、經濟成長與兩岸都是我國的劣勢。財政部昨天表示，將持續強化財政紀律、嚴控債限、逐步縮減財政赤字，健全我國財政。

央行亦指出，國內通膨率低且穩定，是亞洲低通膨國家之一。

標普公司確定台灣長期信用評等為AA-，短期信用評等為A-1+，評等展望為穩定，自2010年起連續4年維持相同評等。

標普公司指出，我國有強健的淨外部資產部位、穩健的貨幣管理，及民間部門充滿活力的高科技公司，都是支持目前評等等級的因素，但過於集中於電子業的產業結構，將使我國經濟易受外部衝擊。

S&P認為，我國信用評等劣勢的因素是政府債務負擔增加、經濟成長有限及兩岸政治因素。若未能調整不利的人口結構或受嚴重外部衝擊致財政赤字擴大及兩岸關係惡化，亦可能調降評等。
