【戴之聖／基隆報導】「坐計程車要8百元！你搶錢喔！」基隆市1名計程車司機昨天清晨5時許向警方報案，表示有1名男子爛醉如泥倒在車內，怎麼都叫不醒。

警方前往了解，醉漢是30歲的高姓男子，從台北市林森北路坐計程車到基隆，警方隨即將高男叫醒，但高男因付不出8百元車資，還嗆司機車資太貴，警方只好先代墊車資，再護送高男回家。
