【辛啟松／台南報導】康芮颱風夾帶旺盛西南氣流滯留於南部，瞬間即時雨量非常大，造成台南市仁德區三爺溪、港尾溝溪溪水暴漲，尤其新營區、新化區淹水嚴重，台南市消防局已派員待命，今天清晨也啟動預防性疏散撤離，包含安養院、保全戶已完全疏散撤離完畢，目前沒有人員傷亡。
 
市府也動員警力，管制道路積水、土石滑落路段，且做必須性封路、封橋，市府表示，今天除關廟區國中、國小停課外，本日仍正常上班上課，若有因雨積水造成學生上學、上班遲到者，市府要求校方不要列入紀錄。
