志聖工業（2467）自結第2季稅後純益0.88億元，比上季減少18.52%，每股稅後純益0.56元。

志聖6月營收3.63億元，比5月減少6.48%，較2012年6月衰退2.53%；第2季營收10.96億元，季增率80.92%，創七季新高，獲利衰退，在於首季有處分台中舊廠收益挹注。

志聖上半年營收17.02億元，比2012年同期下滑1.79%；自結稅後純益1.96億元，年增率73.19%，每股稅後純益1.24元。

志聖表示，訂單出貨比（B/B Ratio）連續三季大於1，在手訂單持續數月逾12億元，第3季仍可維持營收高峰。
