小弟在彰化縣大城鄉有塊農地荒廢多年，被傾倒建築廢土等雜物，為利於農業耕作想清理整地及蓋間放農具肥料等資材，兼具休息用，因此也需要聲請水電，並要有衛浴設備，該地又因秋天後缺灌溉水，故也需鑿井以備缺水時，不影響農作收成。但小弟我未曾種田搞農業，不知如何著手進行，請農業前輩及達人大大教教我，如有清運整地業者，建造農業設施建物，鑿井業水電業等，揪團統包或單項施做均可。
