台灣房地產市場持續加溫，營建族群獵地動作頻頻，開發案也一個接一個出台，法人指出，台股房地產相關個股獲利動能保持良好，且不少營建公司手握精華區土地，包括興富發（2542）、宏盛（2534）等公司股價將有波段上揚空間。

永豐投顧指出，興富發以經營住宅建案為主，現有可推案量達1,586億元，其中台北市占比達43%、新北市12%、台中市19%、高雄市19%、並有其他縣市約6%，庫存推案整體毛利率估為41%。
