摘要：三陽工業上午舉行2013年度股東會，因會前就引爆經營權之爭，雙方攻防動作頻頻，今日上午股東會現場火爆，身為主席的副董事長黃悠美一度高分貝要求警衛保全維持秩序。市場派雖未能成功提早改選董監事，但公司派修改章程案也沒有過關，反而市場派提出限制公司處分資產需全數董事同意及股務自辦3分之2多數股東同意的臨時動議均過關。
