無視景區禁令　天壇公園張網捕鳥

這位老兄在樹叢間，搭起長達10多公尺的網子，正在忙著檢查戰利品，很難想像，這樣的場景竟然會發生在北京知名的古蹟，天壇公園。記者：「一般的(賣鳥)價格是多少？」違法捕鳥者：「便宜的幾十的、幾百(人民幣)的，上千的都有。」

幾公尺外，其實就有禁止捕鳥的告示牌，卻形同虛設，面對暗訪的記者詢問，老兄還不吝嗇的翻出捕捉到的候鳥，聊起了行情。違法捕鳥者：「你看我剛剛才逮了一個，你看看行不行，讓你看看什麼樣。」記者：「就剛才逮的？」違法捕鳥者：「對我趕緊走不讓放(網子)。」

令當地警方無奈的是，公園捕鳥沒有明確罰則，他們只能一次一次趕人，再一次次看著補鳥工具重複出現，在天壇，倒楣的是鳥，換個場景，北京現在最夯的景點之一，奧運主場館鳥巢門前，卻是一群老人，大打出手。

畫面被貼上網路後，網友推測，是因為跟景區幫忙拍照的小販，價錢談不清楚，才引發衝突，但銀髮族旅行團，在中外遊客如織的景點，上演全武行，也讓大陸網友感嘆，這實在是丟臉丟到國外去了
