南部最大食品材料行爆過期食品改標　恐流入學生餐廳

繼義美驚傳使用過期原料後，又一食品材料行被踢爆使用過期的食品原料。台南一家知名連鎖食品材料行，涉嫌竄改食品的保存期限，且利用分裝食品的方法，貼上假的食品標籤，讓過期食品變成尚未過期。而這些食品材料恐流入南部地區各大五星級飯店、小吃店與學校餐飲科等。台南、高雄兩處地檢署搜索該食品行兩處據點，帶回負責人，依偽造文書、詐欺罪嫌送辦。

該材料行離職員工爆料，高雄總店與台南分店竄改過期食品，他被要求竄改時，因良心不安而偷拍存證。

檢警出動50人在兩家店查扣去光水、日期章等變造工具，並發現該公司自行進口香菇、杏仁等乾貨分裝，再貼上食品標籤。衛生局查扣有問題的商品，並清查還有哪些商品被變造。而有問題的食品包含早餐穀片、韓式泡菜等。檢方搜索並查扣所有問題商品後，帶回4位負責人。

這家食品材料行變造保存期限，觸犯《刑法》偽造文書外，也觸犯《食品衛生管理法》，可罰4萬至20萬元。
