【綜合報導】黃色小鴨前天上岸洩氣躲颱風，讓不少特地到高雄的遊客撲空感到好失望，今天下午1時，黃色小鴨將在光榮碼頭復出，再度帶給大家歡樂。

高市府及策展單位昨晚評估表示，黃色小鴨預計今午1時許，在光榮碼頭岸邊重新充氣，再吊掛入水域展示，作業時間約2至3小時。
