台日雙重國籍但要考自願意要放棄日本籍怎麼辦

因為我現在高中畢業要去考自願意
結果遇到雙重國籍的問題
我必須放棄日本籍
但問完好像說要親自到日本辦理放棄,
但就算放棄日本也不承認
但國軍方面是說只要有做出放棄國籍的這個手續並申請到這個有做放棄手續的證明給國軍看就行了,至於日本要不要放棄就是她們的事了

所以想請問
過去日本辦這些東西需要準備哪些"資料"可以詳細的說明一下拜託了
不然怕到時缺東缺西,家裡沒能力這樣來回跑 ..
而且是否確定能聲請到這個證明
