一般民眾進入樹科大校園

我想問如果是一般民眾進入大學是不是有限制?
1.如果要進去樹德科大，警衛會說不能騎摩托車進去，可是還是看到有摩托車阿，計程車 汽車 。是不是只有就讀學生能騎進去，那我想問要騎進去要辦類似證件的那種嗎?

2.順便問，樹科大視傳念完，學費要準備多少，我的意思是總花費喔，因為我很在意這方面，完全沒概念，可以將自身經驗說明一下。

3.唸大學學費，如果要學費貸款，是否建議?
