美5月成屋銷售創3年半新高

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國國家不動產協會公布，美國5月成屋銷售月增4.2%至年率518萬棟，高於4月的497萬棟，也優於先前市場預估目標500萬棟，並創3年半來新高，顯示美國房市持續復甦。
 
美國國家不動產協會同日公布，5月房屋中間價格較去年同期上漲15.4%，創2005年以來最大漲幅。
