健忘，並非老年人獨有的特徵；也有不老而健忘，如政客的輕諾寡信。

忘東忘西不忘本，忘本便像花草失去根。

許多事都可以忘記，切莫出門忘了妻。

前塵往事忘了的好，忘了就不會再懊惱。

健忘，如果是選擇題，便應選擇忘了那些得、失、名、利。

忘了憂愁忘了恨，將是這世界上最快樂的人。
